I’m Damian Reid, founder of DMRI. I’ve spent decades helping leaders and entrepreneurs build clarity, strengthen execution, and create businesses that support the life they actually want to live.
Over time, I noticed a pattern: many business owners can “succeed on paper” while feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or disconnected from the life they’re working so hard to build. The problem isn’t effort. It’s structure.
